Refund Policy

1. General Policy
At AdmitRise, we dedicate significant time, expertise, and resources to providing customized mentorship. Because our services involve the transfer of proprietary knowledge and personalized consulting hours, our refund policy is strictly enforced.
2. Free Consultation Calls
Our introductory consultation calls are provided completely free of charge. Since no payment is collected for these sessions, no refunds or financial compensation apply to missed, canceled, or completed consultation calls.
3. Paid Mentorship Enrollments
Payments are only collected upon your formal enrollment into one of our mentorship packages. Once you have enrolled and submitted payment, the following refund conditions apply:
- Cooling-Off Period: You may request a full refund within [e.g., 48 or 72] hours of your initial payment, provided that no paid mentorship sessions have occurred, and no proprietary resources (such as essay frameworks or university shortlists) have been shared with you.
- Post-Service Initiation: Once the first paid mentorship session has been conducted, or once any specific deliverables (e.g., profile editing, essay reviews) have been initiated by our team, the enrollment fee becomes non-refundable.
- Prorated Refunds: In exceptional circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies), AdmitRise may, at its sole discretion, offer a prorated refund based on the number of unused consulting hours.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- You change your mind about pursuing an MBA/MiM or studying abroad after services have commenced.
- You fail to follow the mentor's advice, miss application deadlines, or decide not to submit applications.
- You do not receive an offer of admission from your target universities.
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund based on the criteria above, please email admitrise@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request - [Your Full Name]". Please include your date of enrollment, the package purchased, and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within [e.g., 5-7] business days.
